/01 What does this cost?

The Jumpstart Sprint is $2,999 flat at the founding rate. Payment is made in full through Stripe before Day 1.

/02 What if it doesn't work?

The Sprint is backed by a 30-day support-then-refund guarantee tied to the acceptance criteria we agree on before the build starts.

/03 What exactly is the sprint?

A focused build where we ship one selected workflow end-to-end: scoped, implemented on your tools, tested, deployed, and handed off with documentation and training.

/04 What counts as a workflow?

Typically up to around 3 triggers, 20 steps, and 3 integrations. That is enough for a meaningful document collection or onboarding flow, follow-up routing, and basic status visibility.

/05 Do you replace our tools?

No. We build on your existing stack (Google or Microsoft 365, CRM, Calendly, DocuSign, Make or Zapier, email).

/06 What if we don't have a real stack yet?

Usually not suitable for the Sprint unless foundational tools exist. Teams over 50 employees with multi-department requirements should contact us about Custom Builds.

/07 Do you offer anything beyond the Sprint?

Yes. Custom Infrastructure Builds cover multi-workflow systems, and Flagship Partnerships are for deeper strategic engagements.

/08 How fast can we start?

Your start date is confirmed once payment and the required access assets are received.

/09 How do you handle edge cases and failures?

We implement retries, backoff, and manual fallback paths so workflows stay operationally reliable.

/10 What happens after delivery?

You get training, an SOP and admin runbook, a handoff checklist, and a short week-2 support window for small refinements.
